Orestes L. Lugo

Prior to the formation of Renal CarePartners Mr. Lugo has been an independent financial consultant. Mr. Lugo has extensive experience in the dialysis industry having held the position of Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Renex Corp. a national dialysis corporation traded on the NASDQ exchange from August 1995 to February 2000. Previously Mr. Lugo has held positions as Chief Financial Officer of PacifiCare of Florida, a health maintenance organization and subsidiary of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Supreme International Inc., a clothing manufacturer. From 1989 until 1993 Mr. Lugo served as Vice President Finance for Home Intensive Care, Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in dialysis services. Mr. Lugo, a Certified Public Accountant, worked with the public accounting firm of Touche Ross from 1980 to 1989 as a senior audit manager.
Christopher Pyrek
Vice President Business Development

Mr.
Pyrek has been active in the renal services industry for more than
14 years. Prior to the formation of Renal CarePartners,Inc. Mr. Pyrek
was a founder and principal in Renal Care Associates, LLC., a dialysis
services provider. From 1997 until the formation of RCA Mr. Pyrek
served as a consultant to dialysis providers in new market and business
development. In 1997, he founded a specialized real estate development
firm, Health Care Properties and Development. From 1991 to 1997, Mr.
Pyrek was an Assistant Vice President for Vivra Renal Care. During
this period he opened more than 20 new facilities and was responsible
for Vivra's three largest acquisitions. He also established Vivra's
physical plant design standards that significantly improved efficiencies
and profit margins. Prior to his employment with Vivra, Mr. Pyrek
was Director of Marketing for Astre Corporation. He holds a degree
in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
James Spafford
Vice President Operations and
Compliance

Mr. Spafford has over 12 years experience in Clinical Operations and
Healthcare Administration. From 2003 through 2008, he served in regional
operations capacities for Davita’s dialysis and their vascular
access centers. Additionally, he was responsible for continuous quality
improvement projects nationally for the vascular access centers and
played a key role in the company’s quality assurance and compliance
improvements. Mr. Spafford has also served in administrative management
positions with the MD Anderson Cancer Centers and University Physicians,
Inc at the University of Arizona. He holds a Master’s Degree in
Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
Joan Clements
Vice President of Reimbursement

Ms.
Clements has served as Director of Reimbursement
for RCP since inception. She has more than 14 years
experience in billing for dialysis services. Prior
to the formation of RCP, Ms. Clements served as
Billing Manager for American Renal Associates from
2000 to 2002. Previously, Ms. Clements held the
position of Billing Manager for Renex Corp. from
1995 to 2000. Prior to that, she served as Patient
Accounts Manager for Fresenius/BMA.
Jeff P. Fernandez

Mr.
Fernandez has served as Corporate Controller of RCP since inception.
Prior to the formation of RCP, he served as Corporate Controller and
an independent financial consultant for BrightStar Corp., a telecommunications
company. Previously, Mr. Fernandez served as Corporate Controller
for Renex Corp. from 1998 to February 2000. Prior to that, he served
as Manager of Financial Reporting for IVAX Corp., a publicly traded
pharmaceuticals company. Mr. Fernandez began his financial career
with Arthur Andersen, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and
holds Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from
Florida International University.
Patsy Anders
Director of Development

As
a Renal CarePartners founder, Ms. Anders has contributed
to the Company's marketing and business development
efforts since its inception. Prior to the formation
of RCP, Ms. Anders was involved in the formation,
development and expansion of Renex Corp. from its
inception in 1993 through the sale to National
Nephrology Associates in February 2000. Ms. Anders
served as the Vice President - Business Development
of Renex Corp from January 1996 until January 2000.
Prior to that, she served as Renex Corp.'s Director
of Business Development. From 1990 until July 1993,
Ms. Anders was the Physician Liaison for Quality
Care Dialysis Centers, Inc. From 1986 through 1990,
Ms. Anders was Director of Physician Relations
for Home Intensive Care, Inc. In 1989, Ms. Anders
founded Anders and Associates, a physician placement
service firm specializing in the placement of nephrologists,
and has served as its President since its inception.
Kimberly Rucker
Director of Business
Development

Ms. Rucker has over a decade of renal industry experience
in business development and physician services. Prior
to joining Renal CarePartners, Inc. she served as
Director of Marketing & Development for National
Renal Alliance from the inception of the Company
until their final merger in 2009. During this time
Ms Rucker was involved in the development and acquisition
of the Company’s 46 facilities. Additionally,
she was responsible for physician services, marketing
and corporate communications. Previous to joining
National Renal Alliance, Ms. Rucker spent several
years in various management positions with AIM Healthcare
Services, a firm specializing in healthcare reimbursement.
She holds a Master’s Degree Business Administration
and a degree in Mass Communications from the University
of Tennessee. She also holds a Master’s Degree
in Communication Arts from Austin Peay State University.
