Through a joint venture relationship, our physician and hospital partners choose their level of dialysis center ownership. This affords our partners the opportunity to directly benefit from the profitability of the center. With RENAL CAREPARTNERS (RCP) also being an invested partner, our goals are aligned with our partner’s goals. RCP’s focus is to make sure each center achieves the highest standard in clinical care and financial success.

RCP oversees all stages of the process including site selection, architect relationships, budget preparation, managed care contracting, supply-contracting and licensing and staffing. Additionally, RCP provides day to day management, billing and financial reporting, staffing and continuing education.
