RENAL CAREPARTNERS is a unique team that has merged their expertise and skills to create a dynamic new company. The company is headed by Chairman, Milton J. Wallace, the former Chairman of Renex Corp., who has over 17 years experience in the dialysis business.

All Senior Management members of RCP include former senior executives of Vivra and Renex Corporation.

Our Management team has demonstrated success in every facet of ESRD facility management and operations. This experience includes patient care, clinical operations, financial management, vendor relations, regulatory and legal issues, marketing, new facility development and construction, development of ancillary services, outcomes management and monitoring services and managed care contracting.

The experiences gained while working for large, nationally and internationally active companies in senior positions affords Renal CarePartners a rare combination of a large company's expertise offered in an environment that is personalized, flexible and responsive to our partners' needs.

Mission Statement

RENAL CAREPARTNERS, Inc. (RCP) has been formed for the purpose of establishing a national network of dialysis clinics for the treatment of End- Stage Renal Disease ("ESRD") .

RCP is committed to developing this network through working partnerships with nephrologists who are dedicated to the provision of a level of care that distinguishes our facilities and services from others.

RCP will provide a full range of dialytic modalities and a series of adjunctive services to meet the needs of the patients and their ESRD related complications.

Patients, their families, our physicians and staff are RCP's partners. Together, we are dedicated to the continuous improvement of patient care, clinical outcomes and quality of life.

Prior to the formation of RENAL CAREPARTNERS Mr. Lugo has been an independent financial consultant. Mr. Lugo has extensive experience in the dialysis industry having held the position of Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Renex Corp. a national dialysis corporation traded on the NASDQ exchange from August 1995 to February 2000. Previously Mr. Lugo has held positions as Chief Financial Officer of PacifiCare of Florida, a health maintenance organization and subsidiary of PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer of Supreme International Inc., a clothing manufacturer. From 1989 until 1993 Mr. Lugo served as Vice President Finance for Home Intensive Care, Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in dialysis services. Mr. Lugo, a Certified Public Accountant, worked with the public accounting firm of Touche Ross from 1980 to 1989 as a senior audit manager.
