The Philadelphia facility is the company's first in the state of Pennsylvania, offering 21 hemodialysis stations and both peritoneal and home dialysis programs. Dr. Dianna Falkowitz is the medical director of the facility.

(“RCP”) announced the closing of a $10 million round of growth equity investment led by Noro-Moseley Partners (“NMP”), a leading venture capital firm in the Southeast. Renal CarePartners Inc. announces two acquisitions, signs management agreement

Miami Lakes, Florida, November 2, 2007 - Renal CarePartners, Inc. ("RCP"), a full service provider in the field of kidney dialysis, announced the closing of two acquisitions during the third and fourth quarters of this year.

Effective July 1, 2007, Renal CarePartners, acquired a majority interest in Intensive Renal Care, Inc., a physician owned outpatient dialysis program located in Los Angeles, California.
