Renal CarePartners Inc. announces two acquisitions, signs management agreement

Miami Lakes, Florida, November 2, 2007 - Renal CarePartners, Inc. ("RCP"), a full service provider in the field of kidney dialysis, announced the closing of two acquisitions during the third and fourth quarters of this year.

Effective July 1, 2007, Renal CarePartners, acquired a majority interest in Intensive Renal Care, Inc., a physician owned outpatient dialysis program located in Los Angeles, California. Orestes Lugo, Chief Financial Officer, stated, "The facility currently treats over 90 patients and represents an important acquisition for Renal CarePartners as it is our first entry into the California market. We are very pleased to be partnered with a physician such as Dr. Pagiel Shechter."

Additionally, Renal CarePartners announced that as of October 1, 2007, it acquired Michigan-based Hema-Tec Services, Inc., a leading regional provider of acute and sub-acute dialysis services. "Hema-Tec is a high quality acute care specialty company which provides acute services to numerous hospitals throughout the greater Detroit area. Our entire team was very impressed with Brian Gangnier and the high quality business that he, together with Steve and Chris Gangnier, has developed.
