Joint Ventures

The management team of Renal CarePartners, Inc. has been involved in the development of over 60 new dialysis clinics. Therefore, they are intimately familiar with the myriad of details necessary to successfully develop a first class facility in a minimum amount of time. RCP can finance any size clinic, from 10 stations to a much larger facility. Through equity, debt, leasing, or any combination of these, RCP can provide a viable financing solution. Renal CarePartners works with experienced architects and engineers to design a facility that is especially suited to patients and physicians needs. Through the provision of expert construction management, RCP can typically have a new clinic ready for operation within 4 to 6 months of the mutual decision to proceed. This includes financing, design and construction.

Acquisitions

Renal CarePartners is interested in acquisitions of individually owned clinics and multiple facility operations. If you, the clinic owner has an interest in the sale of your clinic or entering into a joint venture while retaining some ownership, our experienced management team is ready to talk with you. The many issues involved in change of ownership and challenges with potential changes in organizational culture need to be handled with sensitivity. Our team is ready to discuss these and the many other concerns and issues related to the potential sale of your clinic.

Clinic Expansions

If you have outgrown your existing facility and you feel the need to expand at your current location or to develop satellite facilities for better patient convenience or to capture new market segments, RCP can assist you with planning, development and management. These decisions in themselves can often be very difficult requiring careful analysis of patient origin, competitors, and market growth and capital outlay. RCP can prepare feasibility studies and present you with informed options from which to make a decision.

Through the development of either a joint venture or a management contract, RCP can provide expert facility management for your new or existing dialysis clinic.
